Friday March 27 - 2pm

​Join author Armando Arias: a.k.a. Sonny Boy Arias as he shares STEM Studies through the eyes of César Chávez on Friday, March 27th at 2pm at the Bonita Museum.  This is a free event, reservations are required through the museum.

 In Theorizing César Chávez : New Ways of Knowing STEM, the author reveals the shortcomings—and opportunities—of the STEM fields: science, technology, engineering and mathematics, with the focus on Latino youth.  Recommended reading for educators and administrators in STEM-oriented programs and for use in university and college classrooms of Hispanic serving institutions.

Reservations are required for this free event
